c. Inform us your payment proof once payment is made.
d. We will process and email you your tracking number on the same day or next working day.

2. Can I choose different prescription for a pair of lenses?
Yes, you can choose different prescription for left and right eyes. Except for lenses that are stated otherwise.

1. What is the life span of the lens once the bottle is opened?
All of the lenses have 1 year life span.

2. Is your product reliable?
Yes, of course! We work hard to ensure all our products are sourced from responsibly managed suppliers to help safeguard your eyes. Our products has been approved by international certificate such as KFDA - Korea Food & Drug Adminstration, ISO 13485:2003 , CE and medical department by some countries. 

3. Is your lens authentic? Do you provide anti fake sticker for i.Fairy?
Yes, we sell 100% authentic lenses only, otherwise 100% money back gurantee. We provide Anti-Fake sticker for i.Fairy Lenses. The sticker is pasted on each bottle.

SHIPPING

1. How long it takes to reach me?
It takes 1-3 working days to reach you once payment is made. 

2. Which courier service do we use?
We post your order by Poslaju.

3. Do you provide tracking number? 
Yes, we provide tracking number after we shipped out your order. We will email you the tracking number or you may login your account to check after 3-5 days order placed. 

Please note that sometimes even though we dispatched your order, tracking number might be updated late. So your order might been shipped out although you have not received tracking number from us.
