Guide to track your package shipping status.

You will receive order status update email that contain Tracking Number once we update your order shipping status.

You can also log into your account to obtain your tracking number by following below step:
Step 1: Click MY ACCOUNT to log into your account.
Step 2: Click VIEW PREVIOUS ORDER, you will see your order history. If the order is marked as PROCESSING, it means that your order are in midst of processing.
Step 3: Click VIEW to obtain your package shipping information.

1. How to find my order status?

Please log on to your account and go to MY ACCOUNT and then go to VIEW PREVIOUS ORDERS/TRACK PACKAGES. Subsequently, please select the VIEW OR CHANGE ORDER button.
There are three common words appear on the ORDER STATUS which are the following:
Processed:  Purchase is completed. Products are in the midst of processing, i.e. packaging, stamping and
handling by our staffs. Normally, it will take 1-2 days of processing irrespective of the sizes and quantity.

Shipped:   Products shipped. TRACKING NUMBER will be updated. Your TRACKING NUMBER is located
at the bottom of your ORDER STATUS.

Awaiting Payment:   Purchase is incomplete, Your products has been chosen, but we are still waiting your Payment.

Kindly make the payment so that we can ship your orders out.

2. Why my package is being returned?

There are three possibilities for the above cases,

  1. Address is written wrongly in the purchase confirmation
  2. Un-contactable via phone or email during delivering period
  3. No pick-up at post office after notice given 
Once the parcel has been returned to us, we are regret to inform you that you need to pay another shipping fee to reship your order.
 
To avoid the disappointment above, please double check your shipping address when making your purchase and please confirm there is someone to pick the parcel up at the given address. Or else, you can always assign the products to deliver to your office or school.  

To avoid any possibilities of parcel returned, you are advised to check the shipping status as frequent as possible. 

3. Where is my Tracking Number?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email, contact ministryofcon@gmail.com to get the tracking number for your order.
